Board approves window changes at 98 R Sherman Street to add light and egress

Subran said the openings are largely on the sides or rear and will not be visible from the street.
Chair Jim Monteverdi reviewed zoning criteria, noted there was no correspondence for or against, and moved to grant relief under the dimensional and special‑permit provisions, conditioned on work conforming to drawings dated 03/14/2024. The board voted by voice with five affirmative votes.
