Separately, the council approved Resolution 2025-64 to delete property from the urban renewal area and approved Resolution 2025-65 to set an Oct. 27 public hearing on designation of an expanded Highway 151 renewal area and plan amendment.
Council members noted the TIF timetable and the need to complete required notifications to the county and the local school district; staff said they would verify statutory requirements and suggested a special meeting if needed to meet deadlines.
