Permission to apply had been granted by the committee May 28, 2026; on July 30 motions by Supervisor Granger to accept both awards were recorded with seven ayes and forwarded as resolutions. The awards are recorded in the minutes as grant acceptance items with the stated contract numbers and effective dates.
