The Fayette County Board of Commissioners approved the county's claims register at the July 20 meeting, authorizing payment to multiple vendors across departmental funds.
Notable payments on the claims list included $1,463,841.11 to Fillmore Construction LLC for the Bluegrass Phase III contract; $12,973.15 to Interstate Billing Service, Inc.; and several invoice-line items for utilities, contracted services, and grants. The motion to approve payment was moved by Mr. Anderson, seconded by Mr. Garland, and carried on a recorded roll call (Garland aye; Anderson aye; Fleak absent). The claims register included line-item details across courthouse, jail, airport, roads, sanitary service, and economic development accounts.
