The Capital Improvements Plan Committee voted to recommend the town’s updated capital improvements matrix to the planning board after reviewing minor corrections and one newly added sewer project. Joanne, the staff member who provided the spreadsheet, told the committee, “You have the updated matrix, that Derek provided today, and there are only 2 minor changes.”
After brief department-by-department checks and discussion of funding-source columns, a committee member moved to recommend the town matrix and the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. Members said they would continue to raise specific comments in other forums if needed before the planning board presentation scheduled for Sept. 10.
