Tom Stultz reviewed administrative and consent items for the meeting. He said one consent item (H) is a professional engineering services agreement for a bridge replacement on 53rd Street North (between Hillside and Oliver) with a projected design fee of $100,000 and work expected in 2027. He also noted a single IT hardware/software consulting services bid on the bid board and that staff from IT could answer questions if commissioners had them.
Stultz said a grant-management team met that morning and will continue meeting weekly, and he announced a leadership meeting at the Reagan Building to communicate commission decisions to department heads. He closed by noting there may be an executive session later in the meeting.
