Code § 71.83) as the basis for charging fees to cover county review costs.
The resolution states the fees apply to subdivision and land development plan submittals, zoning ordinance and map amendments, and sewage facilities planning modules submitted for county advisory review. The schedule replaces the prior fee resolution effective Feb. 18, 2015, and is scheduled to take effect on May 1, 2026. Commissioners approved the resolution unanimously.
