Executive Director William E. Foster told the board the Essential Air Service (EAS) carrier for Lancaster was announced; the minutes do not specify the carrier name or start date. Foster also said a General Manager for Alliance Aviation has been hired and will begin on Feb. 9. He reported work on a potential Congressional earmark and continued efforts to secure tower funding with OS Strategies.
