Vice‑Chair Brown opened the rescheduled meeting at 1:30 p.m. and asked the Personnel Committee to present the recommendation.
Board members adopted the slate after a motion by Casey Clugston and a second by Frank Vargish. The slate also formalized committee chairs — Daniel Ruppert (Finance), Shaun Balani (Personnel), Casey Clugston (Facilities) and Frank Vargish (Non‑Aeronautical Property) — and Mr. Vargish took over the meeting while participating remotely.
