The Selectboard approved a slate of liquor and tobacco licenses and fleet permits at the April 20 meeting. Licenses approved included first- and third-class licenses for Bernie’s and Café Oma, and a first-class license plus outdoor consumption for Darlyn Inc. (Phineas Swan). Fleet permits for Gaudette’s Trucking and Fred’s Energy were approved together in a separate slate vote.
Daniel Khan moved to approve the liquor/tobacco licenses as a slate and Mark Brouillette moved to approve the fleet permits as a slate; both motions were seconded and approved unanimously, 5-0. Minutes list the approved licensees and carriers but do not record special conditions or contingencies attached to the approvals.
