The Montgomery Selectboard voted 5-0 to adopt a special services agreement with Hoyle Tanner Associates for bid-phase services in support of the municipal wastewater system project. The agreement limits HTA’s bid-phase fees to $25,000 or less and authorizes the firm to proceed with work necessary for the bid package.
Board members also recorded a revised project schedule, with bids expected to be released May 1, opened June 1, and the contract to be awarded by August 15, per concurrence from WID/RD. Mark Brouillette moved to adopt the HTA agreement; Chris Dixson-Boles seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
