Commissioners proposed taking the first sentence in Section 7.3 out and making it the definition of a new term, "earth resource extraction," while removing a duplicative third sentence. They also proposed adding a requirement in 7.2 B.3 that "A copy of a/the ... is required" so that required documentation is explicit.
Emily KloƯt was assigned to clarify which types of activities are exempt under Section 7.4, to create definitions for material terms used in the section, and to produce consistent cross-references for reviewers. Those drafting assignments will be folded into the May revision cycle.
