ZBA approves side-yard variance to connect house deck to pool for Coach Lane property

After running through the five variance factors—benefit, neighborhood character, substantiality, environmental effects and whether the difficulty was self-created—the Board concluded the request was appropriate. Mr. James Eberhart moved to approve, Dr. Donna Rein seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
