In his director's report, Eric Raymond listed a series of operational updates for the ETSB. He said the annual financial report (AFR) has been submitted and that FCC paperwork to enable text-to-911 had been sent. Raymond also identified technology and staffing items under way: planning for CentralSquare phones to move to the cloud, Windows 11 PC replacements, telecommunicator interviews ongoing, and a vendor update that Bruce Harris and Associates has merged with Schneider Geospatial.
Raymond also reported personnel and calendar items: Telecommunicator Kaylea Woodby left employment effective March 13, 2026, and Telecommunicator Week is scheduled for April 12–18. The report was provided as an informational update; the ETSB did not take further action on these items at the April 7 meeting.
