The notice had been published Oct. 15 and Oct. 22, 2025, and the council recorded no written comments or in-person testimony at the hearing.
Because the council approved the renewals contingent on taxes being paid, final issuance will depend on each applicant’s property-tax status being verified by city staff and the finance office. The motion to approve the renewals carried at the Nov. 3 meeting.
