The Council voted to accept the bid from Premier Service Group and to use the interest earned on ARPA funds to pay the $14,484 shortfall between the bid and the budgeted amount. Commissioner Chase seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.
Administrator Braband and the Council did not record alternative funding amounts or allocations beyond the agreed use of ARPA interest for the deficit.
