Trappe council releases remaining Dollar General letter of credit after project completion

Administrator Erin Braband reported that the Dollar General sewer main relocation and demolition project is complete. The council had reduced the letter of credit to 10% and required it be held for one year; that one-year hold expired in June and Mr. Snyder requested release of the remaining amount.
President Newnam moved to release Dollar General’s letter of credit in full; Commissioner Potter seconded and the council approved the release unanimously.
