Aerial video shows admin/media building nearing completion; classroom building pushed about a month
Summary
Parish McCall's Chris Shepherd showed an aerial flyover of the campus work: admin/media foundation and CMU walls close to complete, hollow-core plank and truss shipments scheduled this summer; cafeteria and classroom work lags the admin/media building by roughly a month and temporary fencing/walkways are in place for school opening.

Chris Shepherd of Parish McCall presented an aerial video and described the site layout and schedule. He said the admin/media building foundation and CMU walls were nearly complete and listed near-term milestones (truss/deck and hollow-core plank dates). Shepherd noted the classroom building was delayed by about a month relative to admin/media and that temporary pedestrian routes, scaffolding protection and fencing were installed for student safety.
Shepherd reviewed allowances and pay-app accounting for the campus program, noting several allowances were carried for unknown items (including a $1,250,000 generator allowance) and that allowances and ODPs will be reconciled as buyout proceeds. Committee members asked for site plans and building-number maps; Shepherd said he would email the documents to district staff.
