Planning staff: Council approved prior rezoning and budget; July meeting may be canceled

At the June 1 Planning and Zoning Board meeting, Planning Director Jason Miller updated the Board that items the Board recommended in April — including a rezoning and alternative parking recommendation — were approved by City Council on April 28. He also reported the City budget was approved by Council on May 26.
Planning Administrator Matthew Wells told the Board the next meeting was scheduled for July 13 (moved from July 6) but that it might be canceled if there are no actionable items; staff said they would notify board members if cancellation becomes necessary.
Those were the only additional items before the Board, and members moved to adjourn.
