The council authorized Mayor David Porterfield to sign an engagement letter with Zwygart John & Associates CPAs to provide accounting services; the motion was made by Councilmember Devin Krasowski, seconded by Rob Hartsock and approved on roll call. The council also approved entering into a collector-street rebuild design agreement with LHTAC (Local Highway Technical Assistance Council); that motion passed on unanimous roll-call votes.
Both items were presented as action items with no public comment. Staff will proceed to execute the engagement letter and sign the design agreement as authorized by council motions.
