Councilman Rob Hartsock moved approval and Devin Krasowski seconded; the roll-call vote was Hartsock: yes, Krasowski: yes, Conner: yes.
Applicant Jan Walgamott told the council she intends to move her existing daycare and combine operations with her daughter Jeanna Bair at the 660 3rd Street address. P&Z Chair Chris Grooms confirmed the commission's two recommended conditions. Council noted the property provides seven parking spaces and that the daycare will operate on the first story only.
