• Approval of the minutes from the prior regular meeting (motion by Commissioner John Miles, second by Commissioner Anthony Steckel). • Approval of bills for June 24, 2025, in the amount of $330,578.81 (motion by Commissioner Anthony Steckel, second by Commissioner Steve Pohlman). • Reappointment of Helen Gubser and Michelle Hopper to the Jerseyville Public Library Board for terms July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028 (motion by Commissioner John Miles, seconded by Commissioner Anthony Steckel). • Authorization to solicit confidential RFPs for exclusive residential waste, yard waste and recycling services (motion by Commissioner John Miles, seconded by Commissioner Anthony Steckel). • Approval to post a draft FY26 Appropriations Ordinance for public inspection and schedule a public hearing on July 22 at 5:45 p.m. (motion by Commissioner Anthony Steckel, seconded by Commissioner John Miles).
All recorded roll-call votes on these items were unanimous among members present; Commissioner Zachary Crawford was absent.
