The board approved Theresa Gregg’s request to install a fence within a storm drain and stormwater management access easement at 3492 Mass Drive. Gregg said the easement provides access to a reservoir behind the house and that following her husband’s recent passing she needs a secure yard for her two dogs; she told the board the zoning rules would otherwise force an impractical fence configuration for her lot.
Chair Ladegaard reminded Gregg of the board’s standard easement-condition language that homeowners will bear removal and reinstallation costs should access to the easement ever be required; Gregg acknowledged the condition. The motion to approve was made by Kurt Schatschneider, seconded by Bill Hricovec, and the vote was recorded as "AYES" all. Exhibit 1 drawing was entered into the record.
