City staff presented the third of five planned waterline improvement contracts from the 2026 capital improvement budget and recommended awarding engineering and survey services to American Structure Point. Mr. Shaw told council the firm submitted a proposal of $93,738 to provide the scope of services for the Central Park, Garden Park and Rosewood Place project and that the cost was budgeted in the 2026 capital improvement account.
