Council President Steve Ahlborn moved to approve disbursements in the amount of $7,669.51; Councilman Rob Hartsock seconded and the motion carried with all four council members voting yes. City Auditor Jordan Zwygart then presented the FY 2023–24 audit, which the council accepted on a motion by Council President Ahlborn and a second from Councilman Devin Krasowski.
Mayor David Porterfield recommended appointing Loretta Vollmer as interim City Clerk/Treasurer while the council seeks part-time administrative support. Councilman Devin Krasowski moved to confirm Vollmer as interim treasurer; the motion passed unanimously. The council also approved a 60-day extension for a temporary RV permit and directed staff to draft an operating procedure for generator fueling after DEQ raised spill-containment requirements.
