At its July 14, 2026 meeting, the Louisville Planning Board granted a special exception for a home-occupation at 63 Willard Road, permitting painting and craft classes to be held at the residence. The St. Lawrence County Planning Office returned the request for local action and the board approved the request with a condition that emergency exit/safety lighting be installed.
The motion to grant the special exception was made by James Kenney and seconded by Christine Amo; the motion passed unanimously. The meeting was later adjourned on a motion from Carol Pulley, seconded by James Kenney; the clerk recorded the adjournment at 6:22 p.m.
