Deputy Mayor William Barrett moved the resolution and Trustee Cheryl Parisi seconded. Administrator/Clerk/Treasurer Brian Harty and staff provided the accounting details; the motion was recorded as approved. The adjustments allocate prior-year receipts and apply grant offsets so capital projects and event-related reimbursements are reflected in the 2026 fiscal records.
