Council appoints members to Planning Commission and OEDA, assigns council committee roles

Councilmember Fiege was appointed to the Personnel Committee, a move questioned by Town Manager Matt Spuck because Fiege previously was a town employee for eight years and that prior employment may present a conflict of interest for personnel deliberations. Mayor Fletcher Fosque noted the concern; the motion nevertheless passed 6-0.
