In other business, the Selectboard granted the Planning Commission permission to present a document to the town lawyer regarding a violation after Linda Schmidt moved and Jessica Pendleton seconded the motion. The board recorded approval for the motion. Linda also reported that BCRC may assist with Listers duties and mapping following the Listers office vacancy.
The board noted water testing has not yet been performed and members agreed to check the testing kit for expiration dates and timing requirements before proceeding. Phyllis Skidmore said the church congregation should be able to move back into the church building after the upcoming weekend. The board approved revised minutes from June 15 and the minutes from July 6 and signed orders before adjourning at 7:05 p.m.
