Select Board gives Iron Tails until Aug. 14 to pay $5,000 fine after owner requests time to consult attorney

Mr. Martinez asked the Board to add his matter to the agenda and said, "Dave if she could add it to the agenda, that would be appreciated. I’m uncertain if we’ll need extra time to review." After discussion, the Board adopted a motion establishing a due date of Aug. 14, 2026 for the $5,000 fine to be paid; Tom McGurty made the motion, Norwood seconded and the motion carried. The Town Administrator will notify Mr. Martinez by email and confirm receipt.
