University Area CDC, planner brief board on minor modification to cultural campus; board approves
Summary

Staff presented PRS application 24‑0536, a minor modification to a 1.74‑acre planned development in the University area that preserves a building, removes an access to 100th & 36th Street and relocates parking and stormwater facilities. Staff said there is no change in development entitlements and recommended approval.
Planner Catherine Hartley described the technical updates and thanked staff for the summary. Sarah Combs, CEO of the University Area CDC, asked the board for support, saying the cultural campus will provide services and programming to a multilingual neighborhood. The board approved the modification 7–0.
