Board approves name change and added reimbursable costs for SDV LLC project

The board approved the first amendment to the reimbursement agreement with SDV LLC, which included assignment/name-change language to SDN Developers LLC, a time extension to Oct. 1 to finalize closeout invoices, and approval to add certain final utility and communications costs to the reimbursable allowance.
Developer representative Nick Louie explained that after construction the final Idaho Power charges and communications work arrived and increased reimbursable costs by an estimated $20,000–$26,000. Mr. Louie told the board "Sparklight charged us $16,007.00 1 for that" in reference to burying communications lines; the board discussed timing and completion and then approved Resolution No. 26-011 to implement the amendment, authorizing officers to sign and take technical actions.
Board members praised the visible progress on the building and noted the extension was meant to allow reconciliation of final invoices before reimbursement. Staff said the project should be complete within about a month and that the extension accommodates final billing and reconciliation.
