Member Dale Stiles moved to recommend the Board execute the agreement; Crystal Strode seconded. A roll-call vote was recorded as five "Aye": R. Kiser, D. Dobbels, R. Elliott, D. Stiles and C. Strode. The motion carried and the recommendation will be forwarded to the full County Board for final action.
