Board reappoints trustees to several fire protection districts and sanitary district

At its April 23 meeting the DeWitt County Board reappointed trustees to several local service districts. The board reappointed Greg Hale to the Wapella Community Fire Protection District and Janine Furman to the Waynesville Community Fire Protection District, each for three-year terms to expire on the first Monday of May 2029. The board also reappointed Thomas Cooper to the Clinton Community Fire Protection District and Curt Utterback to the Weldon Community Fire Protection District for three-year terms. Commissioner Witte moved and motions carried as read.
The board further reappointed Timothy Wylder to the Board of Trustees of the Clinton Sanitary District to a term expiring on the first Monday of May 2029, effective immediately upon approval. All trustee reappointments were approved in recorded votes.
