On parole matters the Board approved paroles with supervisory conditions for several inmates, commonly imposing GPS ankle-monitoring, mental-health follow-up and drug assessments upon release. Notable parole grants with conditions included Vernon McKinney (AIS# 130227), Michael L. White (AIS# 214160), Armond D. Covington (AIS# 343506) and Tarod J. Harvey (AIS# 275225), with Covington required to complete the Huntsville Day Reporting Center as a condition.
The Board denied many parole requests as well. Examples include Dennis J. Harris (AIS# 201082) denied with a reset date of July 2031; Jeffery L. Frank (AIS# 271544) denied with a reset of June 2029; and a number of other denials with reset dates listed in the docket. Several denials were recorded with no reset date (for example Clyde Baggett AIS# 329330; Rodney J. Hood AIS# 221624; Michael V. Riggs AIS# 196017).
