DCA summarizes homelessness, reentry and HOME access grants for special-needs housing

Williams described a reentry partnership housing program that provides 3–6 months of transitional housing for eligible people reentering society (in collaboration with the Department of Community Services) and said DCA offers the HOME Access program, which provides grants up to $10,000 to adapt homes for people with disabilities through the State Independent Living Council program.
