I'm the vice president of Piffords... we're going to use our website to facilitate appointments," she told the commission. Commissioners asked for clearer parking counts and for the city to perform rapid review of the applicant's self‑conducted study; the commission voted to postpone the decision one month and keep the hearing open so staff can evaluate the data and the applicant can submit revised plans.
