Airport Manager Robert Gill asked the Board to approve step-and-grade increases for certain airport employees to address ongoing vacancies and to add a COLA on top of those step/grade increases; he also requested a COLA for remaining airport staff who did not receive step/grade increases. Commissioner Nick Siddle moved to approve the requested general fund airport step-and-grade increases; the motion passed unanimously.
The Board recorded the airport fixed-cost line at $312,000.00 during review of fixed costs. The Airport Manager's separate request for a COLA was noted and the Board indicated it would consider COLA decisions later in the meeting when the county-wide COLA discussion occurred.
