County Planner Mark Reid briefed commissioners on Planning & Zoning actions from its most recent meeting and identified four items set for Board review on July 7. "Planning and Zoning met last Thursday and acted on several items including Connely variance setback request and their preliminary plat and both were recommended for denial; Khanpound Subdivision out on Betty Gulch and the Wambolt rezone and both were recommended for approval," the minutes record.
Reid said the recommendations will be brought forward to the Board on July 7 for formal consideration. The report provides the Board with early notice so commissioners may request additional materials or schedule public hearing logistics.
