The board also approved the grants budget after staff described revenue and multiyear grant timing that left a small difference between revenues and expenditures. Capital funding was approved after commissioners resolved a separate motion to remove a previously duplicated $110,000 commercial air service placeholder from the general fund.
Several department operational budgets and PR tabs were approved in sequence, including IT equipment adjustments tied to newly approved positions, assessor staffing adjustments, and coroner medical-supplies updates. The board directed staff to reconcile PR tabs to reflect final personnel decisions and exclusions related to the approved COLA.
