The approval cleared the way for four substantive agenda items: a five-variance application for 31360 Lake Rd; an appeal to place a shed on a crushed-stone base at 28107 W. Oakland; variances for air-conditioning units and a generator at 30118 Lake Rd; and a request from the United Methodist Church at 29931 Lake Rd regarding a small concrete patio. The board then moved to item presentations.
