Council Member Peter J. Winzig introduced Ordinance 26-61 authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Jackson Dieken & Associates as agents of Travelers Insurance and Lloyds CFC Insurance. The ordinance was read by title only and, after suspension of rules and inclusion of the emergency clause, was adopted by unanimous roll-call votes as recorded in the minutes (adoption announced 7-0).
The minutes do not record any debate or amendments; Law Director Mark Barbour announced the adoption. The ordinance was handled under emergency procedures at the June 1 council meeting.
