Courtney Todd described experience in therapeutic recreation and urged expanding services for people with special needs. Ted Gardner, an incumbent seeking continuity, stressed maintenance, clarity of meeting procedure and improved meeting process.
Applicants confirmed they can meet monthly meeting requirements and occasionally serve on subcommittees. The BOCC did not make appointments at the special meeting and reiterated selections will be made at the regular meeting on the 16th.
