Commissioners pressed the need for a departmental reply and for clearer timelines, noting the item has been pending since December.
Chair Francine Aarona said she would contact appropriate parties directly to determine the status and report back at the next meeting. The Commission discussed narrowing its letter to focus specifically on accessibility concerns to facilitate a more targeted departmental response.
