Anthony Makana Perez, who opened the hybrid meeting at Kapolei Hale, remained chair after a nomination and roll-call process that produced no successful challenge.
Board members elected Mikaela Lindstone as first vice chair (reported vote 5–2), Doctor Dudley as second vice chair (reported 7 votes), Doctor Amy Bosler as secretary (7 votes) and Matthew Khan as treasurer (6 votes). The board also confirmed its standing meeting schedule (fourth Wednesdays at 7 p.m., Kapolei Hale and Webex) and approved an adjusted calendar with December moved to the first Wednesday and March set for the third Wednesday.
Perez thanked outgoing officers and instructed new officers to coordinate handoffs. The board adopted by acclamation the chair’s recommendation to keep the three-minute limit for oral testimony. No formal challenges to the chair’s nomination were recorded in the transcript; the chair’s recommendation on schedule carried by acclimation.
