The council also approved Claim #20208 and Claim #20210 to Andy Armstrong for $1,000.00 each (grant administration for the Heartland Industrial Park) and Claim #20209 to Holloway, Updike & Bellen, Inc. for $5,000.00 for engineering on the final design for the Bristow Heartland Industrial Park (paid from an Oklahoma Department of Commerce grant).
