Bristow files 2026 CIP application; council adopts related resolutions

The Bristow City Council opened a public hearing and approved filing the City of Bristow 2026 Comprehensive Investment Program (CIP) application, adopting associated documents and resolutions including the CIP Application Resolution (R1477-061526), a Citizen Participation Plan, an Anti-Displacement Plan, and a Fair Housing Resolution (R1478-061526). The council also approved LPAC establishment paperwork to appear on the July 6 agenda as Resolution R1479-070626 and authorized Mayor Kris Wyatt to execute application documents.
Darin Kraimer with the Indian Nations Council of Governments (INCOG) told the council the CIP "was paid for by federal money" and outlined the application items and compliance documents the city is submitting. The council voted unanimously to file the application and grant signatory authority to Sabrina Mounce for OGX CIP items.
