The commission approved the extension on a motion by Commissioner Dennis Habig with Commissioner Stacy Venetos seconding; the motion carried. The commission then tabled the application until the next monthly meeting on a motion by Commissioner James Denier, seconded by Commissioner Dennis Habig, and that motion carried as well.
No formal vote records beyond the motions to accept the extension and to table the application were included in the minutes. The minutes note the specific requested waiver sections (210-14.F(11), 210-8 and 210-10) and record the applicant as "Gullone" in the filing name; the minutes attribute PennDOT's nonrequirement of a traffic-impact study as the basis for the waiver request.
