Commission approves minutes, elects vice chair and handles multiple applications at July 7 meeting

The commission then processed several agenda items: it tabled the 9 Riverside Drive (Temple Concord) application for lack of a representative, tabled 25–27 Court Street pending additional documentation from the applicant, tabled the 145 Washington Street sign application pending zoning review, tabled final action on the 134 Water Street music-venue proposal pending planning-board approval, and reapproved the 7 Court Street sign with the conditions described above.
The chair closed the meeting after other business and moved to adjourn; the motion passed by voice vote.
