At the start and near the close of its April 28 session the Onslow County Board of Adjustment approved administrative actions: it approved the March 24, 2026 minutes and a previously recorded decision (SUP-2025-00016), and took two administrative actions to streamline decisions. The board voted 5-0 to permit decisions to be signed without an in-person meeting and then voted 5-0 to give Chairman Jeff Brown authority to sign decisions on behalf of the board when an in-person meeting is not required.
There were no public comments, no board member remarks beyond procedural motions, and the meeting adjourned at 7:22 p.m. Court records show the actions were attested by Courtney Melchioris, Clerk to the Board.
